After freshening up, embark on a scenic tour of Srinagar's renowned Mughal Gardens. Explore the stunning Nishat Bagh, Chashme Shahi, and Shalimar Bagh, each offering a glimpse into the exquisite garden architecture of the Mughal era. Visit the Hazratbal Shrine, situated along the serene banks of Dal Lake, and the Shankaracharya Temple, located on a hilltop about 15-30 kilometers from Srinagar, providing panoramic views of the city. Return to your hotel in the evening for a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Welcome to Sonamarg: The Valley of the Gods

On Day 2, start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. We will then proceed to Sonamarg, also known as the "Golden Meadow." Nestled in the Sindh Valley, Sonamarg is renowned for its lush meadows adorned with a vibrant array of flowers, all set against the majestic backdrop of the cold Himalayas.

Sonamarg serves as a base for numerous thrilling treks that lead to high-altitude Himalayan lakes. Enjoy a horse ride up to the Thajiwas Glacier, and for added excitement, try sledge riding on the snow (available at an additional cost). After a day of adventure and exploration, return to your hotel in Srinagar by around 6 PM. Enjoy a delightful dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Quench Your Wanderlust with a Kashmir Adventure

On Day 3, start your morning with a delicious breakfast and then embark on an excursion to Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra. From Chandanwari, you'll head to Betaab Valley, a picturesque spot named after the Bollywood movie that was shot there. Originally known as Hajan Valley, it gained fame and its new name due to its appearance in the film.

Enjoy a leisurely lunch and continue your journey to Aru Valley, located approximately 11 kilometers from Pahalgam. Aru Valley is renowned for its breathtaking meadows and towering mountains. It's also a key base camp for trekking to Kolahoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. The village on the left bank of the Aru River, a tributary of the Lidder River, adds to the valley's charm.

Return to Pahalgam for a cozy overnight stay.

The Snow-Covered Peaks of Gulmarg

On Day 4, rise early and prepare for check-out as you transfer to Gulmarg, known for its stunning meadows and snow-capped peaks. The drive, covering approximately 56 kilometers, takes about 2 hours from Pahalgam. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel.

After settling in, embark on the exhilarating Gondola Ride, the world's highest cable car. This ride has two phases, with the second phase reaching up to 14,000 feet above sea level, offering breathtaking views of the snow-covered landscape.

If snow conditions permit, enjoy a pony ride and a sledge ride on the snow. Return to your hotel for dinner and a restful overnight stay in Gulmarg.

The Adventure of Living in a Houseboat and Shikara Ride

On Day 5, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out from the hotel and heading back to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check in to your houseboat, where you will experience a unique and charming stay on the serene waters of Dal Lake.

The rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace. You might choose to wander through the local markets and shop for souvenirs or simply relax and soak in the tranquil atmosphere.

In the evening, embark on a delightful Shikara ride on Dal Lake, a quintessential experience in Srinagar. Glide through the calm waters and admire the beautiful surroundings.

Return to the houseboat for a delightful dinner and a cozy overnight stay.

Farewell to Kashmir

After breakfast in Srinagar, take some time to explore the local markets for any last-minute shopping. Following this, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure. Bid farewell to the beautiful landscapes of Kashmir as you head home with cherished memories.
